Our staff has amassed extensive experience
and expertise in the area of site impact analysis. TPG’s
staff has been directly involved in key planning roles:
TPG was directly responsible for the review
and analysis of developments of regional impacts (DRI) for the
18 counties in FDOT, District II in order to determine impacts
on the highway network. Task involved defining the methodology
used in traffic analyses, performing technical review of DRI
traffic analyses, drafting recommendations for mitigating
impacts, and coordinating review activities with the RPC,
consultants, and local and state agencies.
TPG conducted traffic analyses of all
subdivisions and planned unit development (PUD) applications
submitted to local governments on the Districts urban areas.
Drafted the Department’s recommendations for mitigation.
TPG served on several statewide task committees charged with
the development of Department policy. These included the
Level of Service Task Team, Right-of-Way Preservation/Advanced
Acquisition Committee and Comprehensive Plan Review Team. |
