North Jacksonville Vision and Master Plan Phases I and II, City of Jacksonville Planning and Development Department

Developed the Transportation component of the North Jacksonville Vision and Master Plan.  Responsibilities included identifying the transportation issues and needs of North Jacksonville and the development of the North Jacksonville Vision and Master Transportation Plan.  The Master Transportation Plan identified highway improvements and costs, including transit, which will be needed in North Jacksonville by 2025.

Dunn Avenue-Main Street Corridor Study, City of Jacksonville Planning Department

Collected transit and traffic data, analyzed the operating conditions within the Corridor and developed the revitalization plan for the Corridor

North Jacksonville Vision and Master Plan, City of Jacksonville Planning and Development   Responsible for traffic data collection and developing the transportation component of the Plan, which included an assessment of the transit and highway needs of the North Jacksonville Area.
